YUMMM.....

Craving some good German food at 5:30am in the morning!!!

Does anyone know a good place to get some awesome German cooked food???

Willing to drive for food!!!

(I am pretty sure this was the first good meal Doug had while traveling ...lol)

** The four sauce boats in the middle were the BEST!!!!!

 Now on the other hand...

I found where my daughter learned her love for M&M's...

County Fair...

Always a fun treat to go the County Fair.  

Kora Lily was thrilled with all the animals.

 Kora Lily's favorite was the miniature horses.   

 The kids were also excited over cow balloons...

 Best thing about the Fair was the Ice-cream cone....

Germany....

Many of you followed along with all of our adventures in Germany in 2009...

I just received an email from Joel n' Elli (the couple on the left of this pictures) 

They just had a baby - Lea Cinja

We are so HAPPY for them and miss them all :o)

House Update...

Almost done with Kora's room....  

We used lots of Uppercase Living ...

need I say more... lol....

Papa made the Baltics this adorable book shelf

They are letting us borrow it for a while

We re-painted it and Kora LOVES it!

That is all that is exciting going on right now with the Gardner's. 

We slowly work on the house and it seems likes the weeks fly by.

5 years....

1 Beautiful Daughter...., 1 Boy in Heaven.... 1 Lil' Boy on the way......Hawaii, Florida, Italy, Croatia, Greece, Spain, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland; .....  I would have never in a million years imagined that marring Sam FIVE years ago ....would end me up in all these places.... God has been so good to us over the past FIVE years of our lives together... I can't wait to see what God has planned for us in the future. 

We celebrated our Five Year anniversary on 8.27.11.  Sam took me out to dinner at TJ's for yummy PRIME RIB on Friday night!!!  Kora spent the night at Pa-pa house so that we could enjoy our night together.  WE WERE SO EXCITED FOR THE BREAK!

MY AMAZING HUSBAND... SPENT THE DAY...  Hanging my frames above the very steep stair case.  The very smart husband that he is... he built a wood plank to stand on.  Knowing that his wife would make him go above the steps again.....he built something to hold his weight and not scratch our trim.  PLUS... he didn't have to give his wife a heart attack every time and hear her preaching the whole time about him not falling.......

A couple more to add and some Uppercase Living in some areas.... but for the most part... my wall of frames came together great... THANKS TO MR. SAM!!!!

Still working on getting things in it's place and slowly getting rooms decorated.

now my amazing husband can even help with the laundry... :o)
