6 Months

Yesterday it was Six Months since lil' Flint came and gone into our lives.  We still are still learning how these lil' footprints have left such big marks in our hearts!  Sometimes we struggle with learning to wrap all this around our minds.  But we look to all the Blessing that God has provided through all of this and lean on the hope of seeing him again some day in heaven. 

Hot Dog Party....

Sam and I decided to get back into the routine of having the kids over every summer for a fun party.  So I copied the theme from a friend and we got creative with a HOT DOG PARTY theme.... since it was HOT DOG MONTH.

Kora was so excited she sat in her chair most 

of the afternoon waiting for the kids to come.

 Tori, Emily, Lizzie, Molly, Megan & Maddie all came over for the night.

 Hot Dog's with lots of toppings, cherries, filled logs......

 Brownies, Chips n' Dip, Jell-o, Dog Bones & Juice Boxes was the kids menu.

 We played Hot Dog Trivia, Memory, Treasure Hunt, Hot Dog 

Music Game, Hot Dog name game.... just to name a few!

 Sam played Monopoly with the big kids while I put the lil' kids to sleep.

 Saturday morning we sang HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO Kaden..

He turned 9 today!!!

I have to say "I love planning parties" may be an understatement.  I am not sure if I get this wonderful trait from my mother or father or sister's .... but we sure love to have a good time..... :o)

Brett & Ashley's Wedding - 07.16.11

Sam and I were excited to attend another wedding this summer.

Brett and Ashley got married in Parma and had there reception on the river in Cleveland.

Everything was beautiful!  Ashley was SOOO excited with how well everything turned out.  The wedding was such a blast!

Stephen and Vindy's Wedding - 07.09.11

Sam & I were really excited to attend the wedding for Stephen & Vindy.

They had a perfect day outside for an outdoor wedding.

July 4th & Steaks...

Monday July 4th we spent the day working around the house.  We went to Dad and Mom in the evening to ENJOY yummy steaks on the grill.  The kids had a blast playing outside with play-dough, treasure hunt, and pa-pa tractor rides in the wagon.

Orrville Fireworks - 07.03.11

We went to Orrville Fireworks to bring in the 4th of July.

Clark Cousin Picnic - 07.02.11

Saturday evening we got together with the Clark Cousins.  The kids enjoyed the hot weather with water balloons and playing in the back yard.

It was a short evening for us but we enjoyed the time with family and the hard work Samantha did to get ready for the picnic. 

18th Birthday Party for Joey - 07.02.11

We celebrated Joey's 18th birthday party back at the Jaquet pond at noon.  The kids cooled off in the pond and enjoyed taking boat rides.  The boys loved giving the girls a push off.

New House Update..... 1

So a much needed house update is on the way....

Since I am so behind on Blogging... I figured I should just stop updates on events and update on the house....

 which I LOVE!!!  Since I collect Plates and Bowls as a Hobby.  This was much needed storage.  I think the un-packers said I had enough plates to use a different plate everyday... 

also I have a junk cabinet that I do paper work in or keep random items and at the end of the day... I love to just pull out the door and shut my junk in :o)
