Kora Lily & her SHOTS!
On Tuesday, Kora Lily had her first appointment here in Germany. Oh Yes... SHOTS! She did very good and did not even cry. Me on the other hand (was a basket-case). Not being able to understand what the Doctor was saying. He was questioning what shots he had to give her and it made me VERY NERVOUS. I am thankful that my German teacher went with us to help translate what he was asking. Thinking that Kora would be sick and fussy the rest of the day... we planned to stay home. Little did I know she would be just perfect and I would be the one SICK. We are still trying to figure out what it was that I eat. But we (Sam and I) are both thankful that is has ran it course and that I am better.

Love looking at your pictures and comments. Miss you! Our evenings at Smuckers are not the same.
Don't know how to use this "blog" thing!!!????
Wanted you to have a quick recipe. You may have this already, but didn't want you to starve over there.
Parmesan chicken breasts:
Boneless chicken breasts
Mayonnaise
Parmesan cheese
Bread Crumbs (fine)
Italian seasoning
Line a baking dish with foil. Spray or grease pan. Place breasts in pan. Mix mayo with parmesn cheese. (As much as you like). spread at least 1/4 to 1/2" of mixture on top of each breast.
Sprinkle dry bread crumbs on top of each breast. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top of each.
Bake 350 for about 45 minutes or until juices run clear. You can tell how long you like to bake your chicken without drying it out.
This is really good even for those who do NOT like mayo....can't taste it!
Hope you get this (if I did it correctly)
