It is very hard to update my blog. The more updates I do on our blog... the farther down the post go about Flint... and I am just not ready for that yet. But we are taking a day at a time... so here is the run down.
I have at least 14 mystery gifts from friends in a Sunshine box ... I do not even know who they are all from... and I am not allowed to peak. All the gifts are numbered and I get to open ONE gift each day. Thanks to Anne & Rachel for putting this together... I am so honored to have friends who are trying to make me smile and heal! I will try to post the mystery gift each day.
This is gift # 1 - Adorable crate with fun valentine towel, cute cards, yummy chocolate and great smelling body wash! - from Stacy and Maddie! LOVE IT!!!
We (Sam) have only had to cook ONE meal since we had our baby three weeks ago today! We are so honored and humbled by all of the love and support that has been given to us in meals. Some are from meal groups, some from family and some from friends. We have enjoyed every BITE and really appreciate the hard work and effort put forth in the meals that we have been given.
Oh... and we can't for get all of the mouth watering desserts. I wish I would have started taking picture of each meal from the beginning!
Why is all of this blog worthy... Because we are surrounded by loved ones and we are SO THANKFUL. Do we need all of this.. NO. But we are humbled and so so thankful for each deed of love showed to us. This has been a very challenging time in our lives and we thank God for everyone who is supporting us. It give us hope and courage to keep on.

I think you can mark the Flint posts to stay at the top OR change the posting dates to make it always at the top.
You are being blessed because somewhere along the line, you were doing the blessing. When we got Aaron and had 3 boys under age 4 and Rich was working a billion hours a week, our SS class fed us for nearly 8 weeks AND filled our freezer. I've never forgotten that. It's *easier* to do the blessing than it is to *be* blessed. But it is so nice to be taken care of like that...
Hang in there, my friend.
