On Tuesday afternoon we picked Sam up from work and headed to his favorite place in Europe. The Maginot Line in France. For the History lesson on this underground fort go to http://maginot-line.com We were underground in this Fort for 3km. The bunker had its own clean water, air, food supplies and ammunition for all the soldiers in this fort.

Kora Lily and I in front of the gun hole in the wall at the end of the tunnel. If the fort was under attack a man would have been on the other side of this hole shooting all the incoming people coming down the tunnel. We couldn't even see the hole until we were right in front of it.
This was a really amazing fort. This fort was finished in 1928... how did they do all this back then??? We all tried to in vision living in such a tight space and never seeing daylight!

looks like fun!! was it cold, because it looked like baby kora was waiting for snow!!
At last we find out who the VIP guests were...I have been wondering what happened to my brother!..haven't heard any news yet of his surprise awaiting him at home:)
